Martand Kaushik is a journalist and communications professional with over ten years of experience. He has worked on the editorial staffs of organisations such as The Times of India and The Caravan. At The Caravan, he supervised a team of writers and reporters to cover politics, public health, education and the environment, among other public-policy issues. He has also written on issues such as politics, human rights, and arts and culture.
Martand hopes to build greater awareness in the media of the issues the Population Foundation of India works on, and use storytelling skills to produce text and visual content that prompts behavior change for positive health outcomes.
