Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is offering an Appreciation Course on Population and Sustainable Development. The Programme is jointly developed by IGNOU and Population Foundation of India, New Delhi. The programme explores the linkages between ‘population’ and ‘sustainable development’ in India, focusing on the intersection of population issues with areas such as health, education, opportunities for livelihoods, environmental safety and sustainable development.
The course is of 3 months’ duration and is offered through open and distance learning mode.
